I take on only a limited number of sessions each month to keep things personal and relaxed, so it’s best to reach out early to avoid missing out.

After you’ve booked, I’ll send you my Welcome Guide — it includes everything from what to wear to choosing the perfect location. I’ll help you feel fully ready and relaxed before the day arrives.
